Each room comes fully furnished with a cozy bed, a desk and a lamp, an executive chair, a puff chair, a wardrobe, pillows, sheets, towels, and curtains — everything you need to feel at home.

Bills Included

All essential utilities — water, electricity, internet, and condominium fees — are included in the rental price. Rates vary by location and can be provided upon request.
